A coastal walk

On one cloudy day we took off walking from the condo for a coastal hike. The area
was almost totally lava and the scenery beautiful. The cloudy but bright sky was not
liked by my camera.

We examine a quaint cemetery along the trail.

This is the beautiful bay at Wainapanapa State Park where we ate a picnic lunch
We also had time to visit the park's legendary caves where, as the story goes,
a princess hid from her jealous husband who eventually found and killed her.
