Just one of our average dinners, honestly!

There was almost always a vegetarian alternative, in this case the "Local Boy Veggie Stack" on the left, with "Local Boy Mahi-Mahi" on the right. Both had been baked under the visible ti leaves.

Side dishes are visible toward the back and yes, there would be dessert later also. We ate very well thanks to Lynne & Carol.

The charity auction It is the last evening of the trip and the leaders have an idea to raise some cash which could be donated to the local Sierra Club chapter. They will be auctioning off some surplus trip items plus some other items specially picked in advance at a high quality Kahului thrift shop.
